Online retail forum

Monday 07 February 2011

Engaging in e-commerce can create opportunities for sales growth and access to a larger customer base for your business. However, these opportunities also create significant challenges.

To help small businesses understand these opportunities and challenges, the Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy (DBCDE) is hosting a half-day online retail forum in Sydney on Friday 18 February. The forum will feature speakers from major Australian online retailers and distributors, as well as keynote speakers the Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy and the Minister for Small Business.

If you're unable to attend, you'll be able to view the forum online via a live webcast from 9.30am to 1.10pm (AEDST).

To find out more about the forum, including information on guest speakers, topics and how to view the webcast, visit the Online retail forum page on the DBCDE website.
